Izé Restaurant offre una cucina contemporanea, in cui lo chef Carlo Spina intreccia le sue radici mediterranee con ingredienti del territorio bresciano, esaltandone la ricchezza e la varietà.

In ogni piatto si esprime il desiderio di valorizzare il sapore autentico delle materie prime attraverso una lavorazione attenta e rispettosa. Il risultato è una proposta gastronomica semplice, ma significativa, capace di far vivere all’ospite un’esperienza gustativa pura e memorabile.

Chef

Leading the kitchen is Carlo Spina, neapolitan chef with many important experiences, who has already been awarded with a MICHELIN Star at Veritas restaurant in Naples. Fascinated by richness of ingredients from the brescian territory, chef Carlo Spina has created a unique gastronomic menu at Izé Restaurant, characterised by the perfect combination of mediterranean cuisine and local products.

Wine Cellar

The mediterranean colours and influences of cuisine, which reflects the language of the territory, are enriched by a selection of carefully selected wines.
With many labels naturally coming from Franciacorta area, to which the southern part of Iseo Lake belongs, Izé wine cellar encourages wine explorations that surprise and combine each dish.
